企业财务管理目标是企业确定的财务管理活动的预期结果,而企业财务核心能力则是企业所具有的可持续盈利成长能力与可持续价值增值能力。二者对企业的发展都具有重要意义。本文主要研究财务管理目标的现状,简要阐述企业的财务管理与核心能力内容及企业的财务管理与核心能力的关系,并相应地提出企业的财务管理及财务核心能力问题的解决措施,旨在推动企业的财务管理工作顺利开展。
