This article uses the Chinese analog corpus and the English-Chinese parallel corpus to examine the use of “personal pronouns + ” structure in Chinese translation. The study finds that the frequency of use of “personal pronoun +” in Chinese translation is more than twice as much as that of Chinese original text, with obvious redundancy and a tendency of Europeanization. In contrast to the original English text, the redundancy in the Chinese translation “” structure of the “personal pronoun + ” is mainly generated by the adjective of the adjective transliteration of English, but there are also cases of translation and translation. By analyzing the European usage of “personal pronoun + ” in Chinese translation, this paper argues that the Europeanization of Chinese translation is not only the commonality of translation but also the characteristic of English-Chinese translation.
