岁末年初,对于许多处于沿海经济发达地区的民营企业来说,又将面临着人员流动的敏感期。“用工难”困扰着众多民营企业经营管理者。本文从反思“用工难”的成因入手,提出了解决问题的基本思路与办法。
As the year-end and New Year holidays begin, many private-owned enterprises in the economically developed coastal areas will face a sensitive period of mobility. “Difficult for employment ” plagued many private enterprise managers. This article starts with the reflection of the cause of difficulty of employment and puts forward the basic ideas and methods to solve the problem.
