针对科探井高科 1井压力系统复杂、油气显示活跃、区域性井壁失稳严重的特点 ,结合邻井安平 1井实钻中遇到的难题 ,文章进行了大量的前期研究及预测工作 ,理清钻井液工作技术思路 ,制定了阶段性的目标及攻关计划及现场试验 ,使科研成果及时应用到钻井工作中去。选择和应用了两套适合该井特点的KCl———聚合物钻井液和钾石灰—聚合物钻井液体系 ,并在合理确定钻井液密度方面进行了新的探索 ,确保了该井安全、优质、高效的完成。文章试图通过高科 1井钻井液技术研究及应用情况 ,探索科探井钻井液工作的一般规律
In view of the complicated pressure system of Well Kejing 1 of Well Exploration Well, the active oil and gas displays and the serious instability of regional wellbore, combining with the difficulties encountered in the drilling of Anping well adjacent to well 1, a lot of preliminary research and forecasting work are carried out. Clear drilling fluid technical ideas, developed a phased goal and research programs and field trials, scientific research timely application of drilling to go. Two sets of KCl --- polymer drilling fluid and potassium lime-polymer drilling fluid system which are suitable for this well have been selected and applied. New exploration in the reasonable determination of drilling fluid density has been made to ensure the safety and quality of the well Efficient completion.
