本文通过分析吉林省水稻生产现状,气候条件,测评吉林省主推品种的品质后得出:1.吉林省的气候条件有利于优质稻米生产所需要的光、温、水要求。2.吉林省目前推广品种的品质部分指标达国家颁布优质二级标准,综合评价为中质标准。3.栽培技术水平的高低对稻米品质影响显著,不良环境条件下稻米商品品质下降明显。4.粗糙的稻米加工造成碎米增多,市场竞争力低,同时指出:加快发展优质稻米生产第一,培育优质稻米品质。第二,改善目前生产上的不良环境,推广先进技术。第三,提高稻米加工技术水平。
This paper analyzes the status quo of rice production in Jilin Province, climate conditions, and evaluation of the quality of the main push varieties in Jilin Province: 1. The climatic conditions in Jilin Province are conducive to the requirements of light, temperature and water for the production of good quality rice. 2. At present, some indicators of the quality of popularized varieties in Jilin Province reached the national secondary quality standards promulgated by the State and were comprehensively evaluated as intermediate quality standards. The level of cultivation technology has a significant impact on the quality of rice, rice quality under adverse environmental conditions decreased significantly. Rough rice processing caused more broken rice, low market competitiveness, also pointed out: to speed up the development of high-quality rice production first, to cultivate high-quality rice quality. Second, to improve the current adverse production environment, promote advanced technology. Third, raise the level of rice processing technology.
