腹部胀痛是晚期肝癌患者最常见的症状之一。为了减轻病痛,我们以中医经络学说为指导,参考文献报道〔钟郑民,李志辉.新中医,1993;(6):25〕应用足三里穴位注射维生素 K_3进行对比观察,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下。
