近几年来,伤害案件逐年上升已引起人们的关注。这一趋势的恶性蔓延给城乡人民的生命财产和身心健康带来了较大的威胁,而且在客观上也潜移默化地影响着我国现行经济的发展和改革的进程,这一现象在农村表现得尤为突出。因此,客观全面地研究与分析伤害案件的发案情况与变化规律,不仅对消除现存的不良因素,准确地把握治理的重点环节有着重要意义;而且有利于把发案率控制在最低限度,完善和加强党中央提出的综合治理系统化的方案.从这一目的出发,笔者试运用一些社会分析方法,对41名伤害罪犯进行剖析,以期能使我们获得某些启发。
In recent years, the number of injuries has risen every year, which has aroused people’s attention. The vicious spreading of this trend poses a great threat to the lives, property and physical and mental health of urban and rural people, and it also subtly and objectively affects the current economic development and the reform process in our country. This phenomenon has been especially evident in the rural areas prominent. Therefore, it is of great significance not only to eliminate the existing adverse factors and to accurately grasp the key links of governance, but also to control the incidence of cases to the minimum and improve the objective and comprehensive research and analysis of the incidence and change patterns of injuries. And to strengthen the system of integrated governance put forward by the Party Central Committee.From this purpose, the author try to use some methods of social analysis to analyze the 41 criminals offenders, so as to enable us to get some inspiration.
