基于长输管道在线仿真软件的发展历史和工业应用情况,指出目前其在国内工程应用中存在的问题:仿真软件未能与管道运营需求充分结合,用户对软件的功能和维护缺乏深层次了解,对软件的实用性缺乏有效的分析评价。长输管道在线仿真系统的核心是利用有限的状态测量值估计管道的真实状态,提高系统的控制品质;本质目的在于采用各种先进可靠的技术控制管道的运行过程,真正实现管道输送过程控制自动化。结合长输管道管理的总体目标和运营特点,提出长输管道在线仿真系统的主要研究内容是:数据滤波器研究、状态估计研究和优化控制器研究。
Based on the development history and industrial application of the long-distance pipeline on-line simulation software, the existing problems in the application of the domestic engineering are pointed out: the simulation software can not be fully integrated with the pipeline operation requirements, and the user has no deep understanding of the function and maintenance of the software. The practicality of the software lacks an effective analysis and evaluation. The core of long-distance pipeline on-line simulation system is to estimate the true state of the pipeline by using the limited state measurement to improve the control quality of the system. The essential purpose is to adopt various advanced and reliable technologies to control the operation of the pipeline and to truly automate the process of pipeline transportation . Combined with the overall objectives and operational characteristics of long-distance pipeline management, the main research contents of on-line simulation system of long-distance pipeline are proposed: data filter research, state estimation research and optimization controller research.
