详细介绍了铝合金A型地铁车辆轻量化车体结构特点,合理简化结构几何模型,建立了符合车体结构力学特性的车体有限元模型。参照标准进行了不同工况下车体结构静强度校核和一阶模态分析。结果表明,该车体静强度符合标准,一阶弯曲模态频率满足动态要求,从而验证了车体结构简化的合理性和有限元模型的正确性。
The characteristics of light weight body structure of aluminum alloy A-type metro vehicle are introduced in detail. The geometric model of structure is reasonably simplified, and the finite element model of vehicle body is established according to the mechanical characteristics of vehicle body structure. The static strength checking and first-order modal analysis of vehicle body structure under different operating conditions were carried out according to the reference standard. The results show that the static strength of the car complies with the standard and the first-order bending modal frequency meets the dynamic requirements, thus verifying the rationality of the vehicle body structure simplification and the correctness of the finite element model.
