本文应用荧光探针Fura-2/AM测定胞浆游离钙浓度([Ca~(2+)]i)技术,观察培养的猪肺动脉内皮细胞[Ca~(2+)]i在缺氧时变化。实验发现:向细胞悬液中充氮气造成缺氧时,肺动脉内皮细胞[Ca~(2+)]i升高81±21%(P<0.05,n=8)。结果提示肺动脉内皮细胞钙信使系统可能参与缺氧所致血管反应。
In this paper, the fluorescent probe Fura-2 / AM cytosolic free calcium concentration ([Ca ~ (2)] i) technology to observe the cultured porcine pulmonary artery endothelial cells [Ca ~ (2 + . The experimental results showed that [Ca ~ (2 +)] i in pulmonary artery endothelial cells increased by 81 ± 21% (P <0.05, n = 8) when hypoxia was infused into the cell suspension. The results suggest that pulmonary artery endothelial cells calcium messenger system may be involved in vascular reactions caused by hypoxia.
