别拉斯540型汽车发动机(Д12 A 375Б)与国产12V150型柴油机结构相同。该机配气机构较复杂,四根凸轮轴分别装在左、右气缸盖上,每一气缸盖各有一根排、进气凸轮轴,分别驱动排气门组件和进气门组件。凸轮轴是靠曲轴经过上主轴、斜轴上多对圆锥齿轮驱动的,由于其传动副多,稍不注意,就可能达不到配气正时要求。同时,该配气机构传动齿轮上无配气正时记号,因此,根据配气相位确定凸轮轴和安装位置角,是实现配气正时的重要环节。
Belas 540 car engine (Д12 A 375Б) and the domestic 12V150 diesel engine the same structure. The air distribution mechanism of this machine is more complicated. Four camshafts are respectively mounted on the left and right cylinder heads. Each cylinder head has a row and an intake camshaft, respectively driving the exhaust valve assembly and the intake valve assembly. The camshaft is driven by the crankshaft passing through the upper spindle and the multiple pairs of bevel gears on the oblique axis. Due to the many transmission pairs and slight no attention, the camshaft timing may not be reached. At the same time, there is no valve timing mark on the transmission gear of the valve train. Therefore, determining the camshaft and the installation position angle according to the valve phase is an important part of the valve timing.
