既有建筑的检测和性能评定技术是既有建筑综合改造的关键技术之一。目前的研究只是从某种结构或某个方面对既有建筑进行评定,或者针对具体的评定方法进行研究,而未从宏观角度对既有建筑性能的评定原则和方法加以研究和总结。本文从安全性、适用性、耐久性和抗灾害能力四个方面对既有建筑结构性能的评定原则和方法加以概述。
The detection and performance evaluation of existing buildings is one of the key technologies for the comprehensive reconstruction of existing buildings. The current researches only evaluate the existing buildings from a certain structure or a certain aspect, or research on specific assessment methods, but do not study and summarize the assessment principles and methods of existing buildings’ performance from a macroscopic perspective. This article gives an overview of the principles and methods for assessing the structural performance of an existing building from four aspects: safety, applicability, durability and disaster resistance.
