党的十七大在强调以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程的同时,提出并阐发了由先进性建设、执政能力建设与思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设、反腐倡廉建设等各方面建设构成的“一条主线”、“五个重点”、“一个目标”的党的建设新的总体布局。这是党的建设理论的重大创新,是党的建设深化发展的科学指南,需要我们准确把握、认真思考、深入研究。
