自国务院印发《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》后,一流大学和一流学科建设已经成为我国当前高等教育发展的国家战略.高校图书馆作为高等教育系统的重要组成部分,是学校人才培养和科学研究的主要信息服务基地,在“双一流”建设中必须顺势而为,围绕学校的任务目标和学科建设,积极地进行服务创新,提升自身的服务能力,力求在学校的“双一流”建设中发挥出重要作用.本论述首先阐述了“双一流”背景下高校图书馆进行服务创新的必要性,其次提出了“双一流”背景下高校图书馆在服务理念、馆藏结构、服务内容与服务模式、人员素养等方面的创新策略,最后加以总结,旨在促进高校图书馆向更好的方向发展.
