胡十二S3上4中1属于稠油开采层系,含油面积0.9KM2,地质储量112万吨,油层中深1830-1920米,原油比重0.9789克/m3,地面粘度为1474.5μm2/s凝固点24℃,胶质含量60.45%,初馏点为138℃,含馏量为0.5%,采油速度0.14%,采出程度2.29%。属于典型的高粘度稠油油藏,开发上有一定的困难。具体表现在:①地下非均质严重,注采效果差;②井筒杆柱上下行负荷大易卡井;③地面设备能耗高、日常管理难度大。因此,为了2010年本区增储挖潜目标9000吨的实现,提高此类油藏动用程度,制定出一套成熟的管理配套措施是相当必要的。
