采用二次回归正交试验优化设计方法对强力旋压和热处理后的锡青铜连杆衬套性能进行了研究,得出了主要参数(减薄率、热处理温度和进给速度)对衬套性能(布氏硬度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率和弹性模量等)的影响规律,并获得了优化后的工艺参数组合和回归方程。
The quadratic regression orthogonal experimental optimization design method was used to study the performance of the tin bronze connecting rod bush after strong spinning and heat treatment. The main parameters (thinning rate, heat treatment temperature and feed rate) (Brinell hardness, tensile strength, reduction of area and modulus of elasticity, etc.), and obtained the optimized combination of process parameters and regression equation.
