采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射技术以及MMW-1A型摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同载荷与转速条件下Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb铝青铜的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:当转速不超过600 r/min时,Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb合金的摩擦系数随载荷增加而减小;转速为800 r/min时,摩擦系数随载荷增加先减小后增大;转速达到1000 r/min时,随载荷增大,摩擦系数大致呈上升趋势,仅仅是在载荷为40N时有略微下降。随载荷与转速增加,Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb合金的磨损量均增加。当转速高于600r/min且载荷达到60N时,磨损量增加幅度变小。Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb合金在高速高载条件下拥有良好的摩擦磨损性能归因于该合金具有高强度和硬度以及其中Pb的自润滑作用。
The friction and wear behavior of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb aluminum bronze under different load and rotation speed were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and MMW-1A friction and wear tester. The results show that the friction coefficient of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb alloy decreases with the increase of load when the rotating speed is less than 600 r / min. When the rotating speed is 800 r / min, the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of load , And the friction coefficient increases with the increase of load when the rotational speed reaches 1000 r / min, but only decreases slightly when the load is 40N. With the increase of load and speed, the wear amount of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb alloy increases. When the speed is higher than 600r / min and the load reaches 60N, the wear amount increases less. The good tribological properties of Cu-Al-Fe-Ni-Pb alloy under high-speed and high-load conditions are attributed to the high strength and hardness of the alloy and the self-lubricating effect of Pb.
