目的观察新型体能增进剂对高强度军事训练战士疲劳程度的影响。方法将40名战士分为观察组与对照组,分别给予体能增进剂和安慰剂,在试验前1天以及第8天进行疲劳评定量表(FAI)评定,记录5000 m徒手无障碍跑成绩,同时记录FAI参数、心率、呼吸频率、手指血乳酸浓度及战士的疲劳率。结果观察组FAI因子1较对照组有显著降低,试验后5000 m成绩显著提高,战士的疲劳主诉显著减少,两组战士在心率、呼吸频率及血乳酸浓度等项目无统计学差异。结论体能增进剂可以降低高强度军事训练状态下战士的疲劳程度,从而提高战士的训练成绩。
Objective To observe the effect of a new type of fitness enhancer on the fatigue of high-intensity military training soldiers. Methods Forty fighters were divided into observation group and control group. The rats were given physical enhancers and placebo respectively. FAI was assessed on the first day and the eighth day before the test, FAI parameters recorded at the same time, heart rate, respiratory rate, finger blood lactate concentration and the fatigue rate of soldiers. Results FAI factor 1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. After the test, the score of 5000 m was significantly increased, and the main complaints of the soldiers were significantly reduced. There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of heart rate, respiratory rate and blood lactate concentration. Conclusion Physical enhancers can reduce the fatigue of warriors in high-intensity military training and improve their training performance.
