青蒿素治疗脑型疟疾30例

疟疾是危害人民健康的一种疾病,并以脑型疟最凶恶。国外报告,脑型疟病死率达55%,国内病死率也达29.90%。自75年7月以来,我科在广东省中医学院疟疾防治研究组指导下,用青蒿素制剂治疗脑型疟30例,痊愈29例,自动出院1例。现小结如下。一、临床资料:30例中,男20例,女10例。年龄最小3岁,最大32岁。16岁以上17例,16岁以下13例。近两年有疟疾病史10例,无疟疾病史19例,1例疟疾病史不详。黎族12例,汉族18例。汉族患者除1例(14岁)外均为成人,且都是从低疟区到高疟区工作首次受感染者。 Malaria is a disease that endangers the health of the people and is the most vicious of cerebral malaria. Foreign reports, cerebral malaria mortality rate of 55%, the domestic mortality rate reached 29.90%. Since July 75, our department has treated 30 cases of cerebral malaria with artemisinin preparations under the guidance of the malaria control research group of Guangdong Provincial College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, cured 29 cases and discharged 1 case automatically. Now summarized as follows. First, the clinical data: 30 cases, 20 males and 10 females. Youngest 3 years old, maximum 32 years old. 17 cases over 16 years old, 13 cases under 16 years old. In the past two years, there were 10 cases of malaria history, 19 cases without malaria history and 1 case history of malaria. Li nationality in 12 cases, Han 18 cases. Han patients were all adults except 1 (14 years old), and were the first to be infected from the low malaria area to the high malaria area.
