台湾高等技职学校评鉴从2001年开始将行政类评鉴纳入评鉴范围。为更符合评鉴发展和人才培养需求,2005年、2009年台湾评鉴协会先后对评鉴指标进行了内容和权重上的修正和调整,评鉴项目和框架没有变化。2014年评鉴项目和框架均进行了大幅度的调整,评鉴指标以办学质量为设计依据,将原先归属各行政单位的评鉴指标落实到各质量项目中。台湾高等技职学校校务行政评鉴指标的变革,既有继承又有创新,对评鉴指标变革进行分析和总结,可为大陆高校审核评估提供有益的启示与可借鉴的经验。
Taiwan’s higher vocational school evaluation from 2001 onwards into the evaluation of administrative categories. In order to better meet the needs of evaluation development and personnel training, in 2005 and 2009, the Taiwan Evaluation Association successively revised and adjusted the evaluation index on content and weight, and the evaluation items and framework did not change. In 2014, the appraisal projects and framework were greatly adjusted. The appraisal indicators were designed on the basis of school quality, and the appraisal indicators originally belonged to each administrative unit were implemented into various quality projects. The change of the administrative evaluation index of higher vocational schools in Taiwan, both inherited and innovative, analyzes and summarizes the change of the evaluation indexes, which can provide useful enlightenment and experience for the examination and evaluation of mainland higher education institutions.
