目的探索不同栽培模式银杏叶在不同生长季节中总银杏酸量变化规律。方法采用HPLC测定银杏叶中总银杏酸的量。色谱条件为Allti ma C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(90∶10),体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长310 nm,柱温35℃,进样量20μL,外标法计算质量分数。结果银杏叶中总银杏酸范围为0.49%~3.43%。同一栽培模式下不同采收期银杏叶中总银杏酸量呈逐月下降趋势,5月量最高,9月底10月初量最低。剪枝和移栽对银杏酸量均有明显的影响。结论这一变化规律为确定银杏叶的栽培模式和采收期提供了科学依据。
Objective To explore the changes of total ginkgolic acids in different growing stages of Ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods The total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba leaves were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were Allti ma C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase methanol-1% acetic acid aqueous solution (90:10), volume flow rate 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength 310 nm, Injection volume 20μL, external standard method to calculate the mass fraction. Results The total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba range from 0.49% to 3.43%. In the same cultivation mode, the total amount of ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba leaves decreased month by month with the highest in May and the lowest in the end of September. Pruning and transplanting have a significant effect on the amount of ginkgo. Conclusion The change rule provides a scientific basis for determining the cultivation mode and harvesting period of Ginkgo biloba.
