研究了在pH为2的Na2SO4-N aHSO4体系中,铁(Ⅲ)催化溴酸钾氧化酸性铬蓝K反应。在524nm波长处,控制适当的反应条件,揭示反应的速度常数lg(A0/At)与铁(Ⅲ)浓度和反应时间有关系,采用三层Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)优化BP神经网络处理实验数据,确定的训练目标为平均误差平方MSE等于0.01。试验了最佳反应和测定条件,建立了高灵敏度的催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法。方法选择性好、操作简便快速,结果准确可靠。此方法实现了合成样品和人发中铁的测定,获得满意的结果。
Iron (Ⅲ) was used to catalyze the oxidation of acid chrome blue K by potassium bromate in Na2SO4-N aHSO4 system with pH 2. At the wavelength of 524nm, the appropriate reaction conditions were controlled to reveal the relationship between the reaction rate constant lg (A0 / At) and iron (Ⅲ) concentration and reaction time. Three-layer Levenberg-Marquardt , The training goal is determined as the mean square error MSE equal to 0.01. The optimal reaction conditions were determined and a new sensitive catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron (Ⅲ) was established. The method has good selectivity, easy and fast operation, accurate and reliable results. This method realizes the determination of iron in synthetic samples and human hair and obtains satisfactory results.
