对锻态 Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo合金进行了渗氢处理,研究了渗氢引起的合金显微组织的 变化.实验结果表明,渗氢前的合金由α2相, O相和 B2相组成,渗氢有效地促进α2相和 B2相向 O相的转变,且使O相组织中有γ氢化物析出.渗氢引起合金组织发生变化的本质原因是氢导致α2相 和 B2相的晶格畸变,以及α2相和 B2相之间的元素再分配.
The as-received Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo alloy was infiltrated with hydrogen and the microstructure of the alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the alloy before hydrogenation consists of α2 phase, O phase and B2 phase. Hydrogen infiltration can effectively promote the transformation of α2 phase and B2 phase to O phase, and precipitate γ hydride in O phase. The essential reason for the change in the alloy structure caused by hydrogen permeation is that hydrogen causes lattice distortion in the α2 and B2 phases and element redistribution between the α2 and B2 phases.
