随着知识社会的到来,人才已由成本变为最主要的知识经济创造者,或者说是企业的盈利资本。在组织战略的执行过程中,人才管理策略扮演着重要角色。人才是企业竞争优势的来源,与其说人才很重要,不如说企业管理人才的能力更重要。而“差异化”是成功的人才管理策略的特征之一,而且是最重要的特征。ABC模型能够有效地帮助企业实现差异化人才管理。
