一是当“客人”不当“主人”。从当前代职干部代职情况看,部分代职干部到职后不能及时转换“客”与“主”的角色。有的参政意识不强,不能根据所担任的职务,参与集体领导和决策,并对单位建设直抒己见;有的瞻前顾后,工作不大胆,对有些事睁一眼,闭一眼;有的不能主动与基层官兵相处,在感情上与基层官兵保持一定距离。代职干部的角色转换不及时,对开展工作很不利。为此,应自觉防止和克服。
