目的:观察四珍力维胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性及耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用。方法:ig评价四珍力维胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性。另取小鼠随机分为3组:实验组给予高,低剂量的四珍力维胶囊,对照组给予等量蒸馏水,均ig10 d,观察、测定常压下小鼠的耐缺氧、抗疲劳情况。结果:四珍力维胶囊对小鼠的最大给药量为9.8 g.kg-1,给药后小鼠在饮食、活动、精神状态等体征方面均无异常变化,体重变化也在正常范围内(P>0.05),经尸检,主要脏器未见明显病理变化。与对照组比较,四珍力维胶囊给药组小鼠常压下耐缺氧和抗疲劳的能力均有所增强。结论:四珍力维胶囊安全性高,且对小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳能力有明显的增强作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the acute toxicity, anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effects of Sizhen Liwei Capsule on mice. METHODS: ig was evaluated for the acute toxicity of Sizhen Liwei capsule on mice. Another mouse was randomly divided into 3 groups: the experimental group was given high and low doses of Sizhen Liwei capsule, the control group was given the same amount of distilled water, all ig10 d, observed, measured under normal pressure mice hypoxia tolerance, anti-fatigue Happening. Results: The maximum dose of Sizhenliwei capsule to mice was 9.8 g.kg-1. There was no abnormal change in the diet, activity, and mental status of the mice after administration, and the weight change was within the normal range. (P>0.05) After necropsy, no major pathological changes were observed in the main organs. Compared with the control group, the ability of Sizhenliwei capsule-administered group to withstand hypoxia and anti-fatigue increased under normal pressure. Conclusion: Sizhenliwei capsule has high safety and can significantly enhance the ability of mice to withstand hypoxia and fatigue.
