壳聚糖具有良好的物化特性如毒副作用极小、优良的生物相容性、易控的生物可降解性等,被广泛应用于医学用膜的制备。制膜的方法有溶剂蒸发沉淀法、控制蒸发沉淀法和浸没沉淀法等属于相转化法的传统方法以及新型方法超临界流体法。首先简要综述了这些方法的研究现状,并进行了分析与比较。其次对壳聚糖基膜在医用敷料、缓释给药和定位给药等生物医药方面的应用进行介绍。最后展望了超临界流体技术在制备壳聚糖基载药薄膜方面的广阔前景。
Chitosan has good physicochemical properties such as minimal toxicity, excellent biocompatibility and easy biodegradability. It is widely used in the preparation of medical membranes. Film-forming methods are solvent evaporation precipitation, evaporation control precipitation method and immersion precipitation belong to the traditional method of phase inversion method and a new method of supercritical fluid method. First, a brief review of the current status of these methods, and analysis and comparison. Secondly, the application of chitosan basement membrane in biomedicine such as medical dressings, sustained-release drug delivery and positioning drug delivery is introduced. Finally, the prospects of supercritical fluid technology in the preparation of chitosan-based drug-loaded film has broad prospects.
