目的:探讨单侧扩大翼点入路显微手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤术后相关并发症的预防及处理。方法:对我院2006年9月至2013年9月26例行单侧扩大翼点入路显微手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤患者进行回顾性分析,观察术后并发症。结果:本组颅内多发动脉瘤术后脑血管痉挛6例(23.07%),脑积水2例(7.69%),癫痫发作2例(7.69%),低钠血症4例(15.38%),高钠血症3例(1 1.54%),颅内感染1例(3.85%)。结论:单侧扩大翼点入路显微手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤术后的并发症主要有:脑血管痉挛、脑积水、癫痫发作、颅内感染、电解质紊乱等,术中规范操作及术后合理的治疗措施是减少并发症及其危害的关键。 Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications related to intracranial multiple aneurysms by microsurgical treatment of unilateral enlarged pterional approach. Methods: From September 2006 to September 2013, 26 patients underwent unilateral expansion of pterional approach for microsurgery for intracranial multiple aneurysm were retrospectively analyzed and postoperative complications were observed. Results: There were 6 cases (23.07%) of cerebral vasospasm, 2 cases of hydrocephalus (7.69%), 2 cases of epileptic seizures (7.69%) and 4 cases of hyponatremia (15.38%) after intracranial multiple aneurysm surgery. , 3 cases of hypernatremia (1 1.54%) and 1 case of intracranial infection (3.85%). CONCLUSIONS: Unilateral expansion of pterional approach microsurgical treatment of intracranial multiple aneurysms postoperative complications are: cerebral vasospasm, hydrocephalus, seizures, intracranial infections, electrolyte imbalance, intraoperative standard operation and Postoperative rational treatment is the key to reducing complications and their harm.
