目的评价丹红注射液、曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2013年9月—2015年8月的稳定型心绞痛患者106例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配伍应用丹红注射液30 ml加入5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,曲美他嗪口服,20 mg/次,3次/d,治疗14 d后对比分析治疗前后两组患者心绞痛临床疗效、血浆hs-CRP及心电图变化情况,并观察药物不良反应。计数资料采用χ~2检验,计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对照组和治疗组治疗后心绞痛临床总有效率分别为73.58%、92.45%,治疗组优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组血浆hs-CRP分别由治疗前的(4.69±1.32)、(4.85±1.27)mg/L下降为治疗后的(3.47±1.30)、(2.54±1.10)mg/L,治疗后比较,治疗组优于对照组,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组治疗后心电图总有效率分别为56.60%、79.25%,治疗组优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液、曲美他嗪配合西药常规方案治疗稳定型心绞痛不良反应少,疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection and trimetazidine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 106 patients with stable angina pectoris from September 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.
