为选育鲤优良家系,以4个鲤群体作为亲本,建立9个家系,在10月龄时测量其生长指标,分析家系间生长性状的差异性。结果显示,1、6、8和9号家系体质量高于对照组4号家系,2、5和7号家系体质量显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。本研究筛选出4个生长速度较快的家系,为鲤新品种培育提供良好材料。
In order to select the best pedigree for common carp, 9 pedigrees were selected as the parents, 9 pedigrees were established, their growth indices were measured at 10 months of age, and their differences in growth traits were analyzed. The results showed that the body weights of the families 1, 6, 8 and 9 were higher than that of the control line 4, and the body weights of the 2, 5 and 7 lines were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). In this study, four families with faster growth rate were screened out to provide good materials for breeding new carp varieties.
