通过对YLC-700I型压裂车离合器输出装置损坏原因的分析,提出了改进离合器输出装置的具体方案,并设计加工出一种带油封箱的轴承压盖。经过改进的4台YLC-700I型压裂车使用11个月后,运转良好,有很高的推广应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the cause of damage to the clutch output device of YLC-700I fracturing truck, a specific scheme of improving the output device of the clutch is proposed, and a bearing gland with oil seal box is designed and manufactured. After the improvement of 4 sets of YLC-700I fracturing truck using 11 months, it works well and has a very high application value.
