为了优化过滤过程和过滤机的操作,西德设在翁纳的威斯特法伦机械制造有限公司在实验室的压滤装置上对浮选精煤进行了试验。根据在一定操作参数如矿浆浓度C_5、庄差△P、过滤机转速n、滤饼厚度h_k、絮凝剂用量C_(FIm)等条件下所获得的试验结果,分析了浮选精煤粒度分布和矿物成份的影响,以实现工业性过滤过程的优化。同时,通过优化加压过滤机的操作,即使在原料特性变差的惰况下也可使滤饼水分不增加。
