制备13wt%的B型明胶缓冲溶液,然后加入1wt%~15wt%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(EGDE)在pH值等于7.4~11下进行交联。通过测量吸水率,红外光谱和13C-NMR分析,来研究其交联反应。明胶的氨基官能团完全被10wt%的EGDE消耗掉。对于3wt%的EGDE或3wt%以上的EGDE,pH值从7.4增至9.0过程中,吸水率下降。这种趋势在pH值>9.0时倒置,可能是由于明胶变性,以及交联反应中过量氢氧根离子干扰造成的。
A 13 wt% B-type gelatin buffer solution was prepared and then 1 wt% to 15 wt% ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDE) was added to crosslink at a pH of 7.4 to 11. The cross-linking reaction was studied by measuring water absorption, infrared spectrum and 13C-NMR analysis. The amino functionality of the gelatin is completely consumed by 10% by weight of EGDE. For 3 wt% EGDE or 3 wt% EGDE, water absorption decreased during the pH increase from 7.4 to 9.0. This tendency to invert at pH> 9.0 may be due to gelatin denaturation and excessive hydroxide ion interference in the cross-linking reaction.
