通过对65Mn钢丝进行不同温度、时间下的退火处理,测试了退火前后的抗拉强度。应用Matlab对工艺参数进行拟合,总结了钢丝的抗拉强度、退火温度、钢丝直径和走线速度的关系。采用PLC对炉温和钢丝走线速度的程序控制,实现了钢丝在线退火的自动化控制。控制系统的人机界面可以和PLC连接、进行通讯,方便用户对控制系统的操作。
The tensile strength of the 65Mn steel before and after annealing was tested by annealing at different temperature and time. The process parameters were fitted by Matlab, and the relationship between tensile strength, annealing temperature, wire diameter and wire speed was summarized. Adopting PLC program control of the wire speed of the furnace temperature and the wire to realize the automatic control of wire annealing online. The man-machine interface of the control system can connect with PLC, carry on communication, it is convenient for user to control the operation of the system.
