目的观察苍柏石韦饮内服合海浮芙黄膏加味外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.方法选取我院2017至2019年门诊痛风患者50例为研究对象,予中药内服外敷.结果治疗前后尿酸、血沉、C

目的观察苍柏石韦饮内服合海浮芙黄膏加味外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效.方法选取我院2017至2019年门诊痛风患者50例为研究对象,予中药内服外敷.结果治疗前后尿酸、血沉、CRP及WBC对比,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前后中医症候各项积分比较,均有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01),总有效率为92%.结论苍柏石韦饮内服合海浮芙黄膏加味外敷不仅降尿酸效果显著,且可以有效缓解关节不适,减少非甾体抗炎药物所导致的胃肠道症状及肝肾功能损害.
