本文采用液体摇瓶培养法,对灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)液体培养的适用碳、氮源,最适浓度及其最适发酵周期进行了探讨。结果表明,灵芝液体培养的适用碳源是玉米粉,适用氮源是黄豆饼粉,其最适浓度均为3％,最适发酵周期为108h。
In this paper, the suitable carbon and nitrogen sources for Ganoderma lucidum liquid culture, the optimum concentration and the optimum fermentation period were studied by liquid shake flask culture. The results showed that the suitable carbon source for liquid culture of Ganoderma lucidum was corn flour, the suitable nitrogen source was soybean cake powder, the optimal concentration was 3% and the optimum fermentation period was 108h.
