科技的发展,经济的增长,物质文明的不断提高,已悄然影响着人们的生活方式。在健全的医疗体系保障下,想要拥有健康的体质已不再是难事,因此体育锻炼也已从传统意义上的增强体质逐渐转变为如何通过体育锻炼而塑造“美”。这是一项具有自己特点系统的体育工程,并有着科学的理论依据,只有在了解它的基础上,通过合理的安排并根据个人情况采取行之有效的方式进行锻炼,才能达到既定的效果。以下我们就它的基本原理进行简要阐述。
The development of science and technology, economic growth and continuous improvement of material civilization have quietly influenced people’s way of life. Under the protection of a sound medical system, it is no longer difficult to have a healthy body. Therefore, physical exercise has gradually been transformed from the traditional enhancement of physical fitness into how to create “beauty” through physical exercise. This is a sports system with its own characteristics and has a scientific theoretical basis. Only by understanding it and by reasonably arranging and exercising in an effective manner according to personal circumstances can we achieve the desired result. Below we briefly explain its basic principles.
