《中国烹饪研究》自1984年创刊以来,在上级领导和有关各方的大力支持下,已先后按时出版15卷49期,总计490万字,较好地发挥了为烹饪教学、科研、社会服务的功能。最近,本刊面向全国烹饪界作了一次调查,广泛征求了各方意见,现将部分来信摘登如下:
Since its publication in 1984, with its strong support from its superiors and relevant parties, China Cuisine Research has published 15 volumes and 49 issues in a timely manner, totaling 4.9 million words. It has played a good role in cooking teaching, scientific research and social services Features.
