20 0 3年下半年 ,胜利油田孤岛采油厂油管厂进行全面改造 ,目标是使修复后的油管厂的清洗流程及设备达到国内领先水平。计划分三部走 :① 6月份在全局范围内进行参观、调研、讨论、汇报 ;② 7～ 9月份到大港、中原、洛阳、沈阳、铁岭、青岛等地的设备清洗厂家进行实地考察 ;③10月份进行总结、方案制定、可研报告的编制及项目的上报工作。目前已全面完成上述工作 ,可研报告已经通过中石化评估公司的全面评估 ,其余工作正在全面展开。本文就以上工作进行了综述。
In the second half of 2003, the oil refinery at Shengli Oilfield Gudao Plant was fully renovated with the goal of making the cleaning process and equipment of the repaired oil pipe factory reach the leading domestic level. Plans to go in three parts: ① June visit to the global context, research, discussion, reporting; ② 7 to September to Dagang, the Central Plains, Luoyang, Shenyang, Tieling, Qingdao and other places of equipment cleaning factory inspection; ③10 Month summary, program development, feasibility study report preparation and project reporting. At present, the above work has been completed in full. The feasibility study report has passed the comprehensive assessment of Sinopec Evaluation Company and the rest of the work is in full swing. This article reviews the above work.
