三、岩体力学近几年来各个部门结合工程建设的需要,进行了大量的岩体力学试验与研究,取得了不少关于岩体本构关系的实际资料。在理论上,以谷德振教授的岩体工程地质力学原理为基础,最近提出了“继续结构”和“板裂结构”的新概念,并认为岩体结构控制岩体力学作用,即所谓结构控制论。当前,岩体已不仅是工程建筑的背景或兴建条件而是将岩体视为工程结构的组成部份。这样,就逐渐形成工程地质—岩体力学—岩体工程三位一体的趋势。工程地质必须以岩体力学为手段进行定量化,才能更好的为工程建设服
