本文除对本市1958年学龄前儿童的白喉免疫力作一了解外,并对一岁内的婴儿白喉免疫力作一详细的分析,供同道者参考。步骤与方法在未进行工作前,向参加的工作人员讲解测验原理、操作方法、注射部位以及检查反应的标准等,以求统一。参加者均能熟练的掌握皮内试验。试验的对象主要为学龄前儿童、一岁内之婴儿及母亲;对于有发热和自觉不适者,均未给矛测验。剂量为0.1毫升注射于右前臂内侧表皮内,对照液于左前臂表皮内。洼射后96小时检查反应,对发现的假阳性和混合反应一时难以鉴别,则隔日再检查一次。采用的试液是由上海生物制品所供耠,批号为72—2。锡克氏反应分为五种:强阳性反应——注射毒素的右前臂皮肤红肿直径在1.0厘米或以上,而左臂对照液无任何反应者;弱阳性反应——注射毒素之右前臂皮肤红肿直径在
