应用心理学专业重在应用,单纯的理论教学很难保障应用技能的培养,也导致学生的专业认同度不高。为解决这一问题,我们进行了应用心理学课程体系的改革,提出“4+3+1”的教学模式,前四个学期上基础课,后三个学期上选修课,最后一个学期为毕业论文创作。在课程体系中设置了三个模块的选修课程:科学研究+心理健康教育+企业管理与公共危机管理,这些实践课程的特色是小班教学+实践课程,强调实践技能训练,突出民族文化特色。这种培养模式的尝试效果是让人满意的,我们认为可以加以推广。
Applied psychology focuses on the application of professional, pure theoretical teaching is difficult to protect the application of skills training, but also lead to students of professional recognition is not high. In order to solve this problem, we carried out the reform of applied psychology course system, put forward the teaching mode of “4 + 3 + 1 ”, basic courses in the first four semesters and elective courses in the last three semesters, and the last semester is Graduation thesis creation. In the course system, three module elective courses are set up: scientific research + mental health education + enterprise management and public crisis management. These practice courses are characterized by small class teaching and practice class, emphasizing practical skills training and highlighting the national cultural characteristics. The effect of this mode of cultivation is satisfactory, and we think it can be promoted.
