目前,国内耐高温输送带一般都采用织物芯作为骨架材料,执行国家标准GB/T20021-2005,其将耐热等级分为T1、T2、T3、T4四个台阶,对应的温度分别是100℃、125℃、150℃、175℃。对T4型耐高温输送带进行调查,其现场使用寿命只有3~6个月,带子运行过程中出现的主要问题是覆盖胶起泡和层与层之间的脱离。随着钢铁、水泥、焦化等企业生产效率的提高,如水泥厂熟料出炉后减少了冷却时间,其温度达到150~200℃,干熄焦焦炭出炉后温度也在170℃以上,客户对带子的使用寿命提出了越来越苛刻的要求,有必要大幅度提高耐高温输送带的产品质量。本文主要针对T4型耐高温输送带,从结构设计入手,作了相关研究,取得了新的突破。
