“名师出高徒”,在工矿企业中是不难找到许多实例的。那些劳动模范、生产能手,确实带出了技艺高人一筹的徒弟,有的甚至“青出于蓝,而胜于蓝”。但那是在一对一的条件下,手把手精心调教出来的。这种带徒方式,已不适合于当今现代化大生产的要求。今天,一个“师”不只是带一个、两个“徒”,而是要带十个、百个“徒”。因此,今天的“师”,光有精湛的技艺不行,能武还要能文,会做还要善教,才能当好“师”,带好“徒”。师“名”而后徒“高”,师不“名”则徒不“高”。“名师出高徒”这句俗语,对于当前成人教育中的技术教育和岗位培训颇有意义,启示我们应该在“师”字

Those who work model, production experts, does bring out the skills of superior apprentice, and some even “out of the blue, but better than the blue.” But that is one-on-one conditions, hand-control carefully tuned out. This method of taking discipleship is no longer suitable for the requirements of modern large-scale production. Today, a “teacher” does not just bring one or two “disciples” but ten or 100 “disciples.” Therefore, today’s “teacher” can not be exquisite in artistry, capable but capable in writing, good at teaching, can be a good “teacher” and take good “disciples.” Teacher “name” and then only “high”, division is not “name” is not only “high.” The saying goes, “Outstanding Teachers” makes sense for technical education and job training in current adult education, which suggests that we should be in the “teacher”
