胫骨平台骨折在临床上比较常见,它可因轻微损伤,如摔伤等所致,但也可以是高能量损伤的结果.胫骨平台后侧骨折比较特殊,相对少见,主要累及胫骨内、外侧髁的后1/3.本院自2004年1月至2009年12月共收治12例,均采用手术治疗,取得了满意的结果.现报告如下.
