探究青少年举重运动员力量训练

举重这一项竞技体育是以力量为主,即使身体其他素质非常好,没有力量也无法进行这项运动,力量是这项运动的基础。对于青少年举重运动员来说,力量的训练有着重要的意义和作用,同样对运动员的要求也更高一些,为了避免运动员在训练过程中出现更多的运动损伤,要求从青少年时期就要开始训练。由于青少年是生长发育时期,不同运动员机体各系统其发育特点也有所不同,在训练的过程中选择的训练方法要合理、科学、系统,真正有效的提高训练效果。 Weightlifting This competitive sport is based on strength. Even if other qualities of the body are very good, the sport can not be carried out without strength. Strength is the foundation of this sport. For young weightlifters, the training of strength has an important meaning and effect, and the requirements for athletes are also higher. In order to avoid more sports injuries during the training process, athletes are required to start training from adolescence. Since adolescents are growth and development periods, the developmental characteristics of different systems of athletes are also different. Training methods chosen in the training process should be reasonable, scientifically, systematically and truly effective to improve the training effect.
