防水材料生产制造行业因涉及的产品品类和产品型号多,所以对现场管理提出了很高的要求,生产现场存在原材料类型差异大、生产流程不连贯、重要管理节点多、人员分散、操作复杂等特点,规范生产现场可以提高生产效率和质量,减少生产和安全的隐患,提升管理效率。文章以防水材料生产现场的目视化管理为例,简述了如何在其生产现场进行有效的目视化管理,让生产管理透明、直观、易懂、创造良好的工作环境。
