随着农业文明社会向工业文明社会发展,高消费、过度消费的不合理消费模式发展起来,造成严重的环境污染和资源短缺,土地、淡水资源供给日益紧张。在资源性供给紧约束条件下倡导生态文明消费模式,适度消费、公平消费和责任消费等生态消费形式有其内在规定性,有利于节约能源、保护生态环境。为了促进经济的增长,我们必须在资源供给紧约束条件下构建生态文明型消费模式。
With the development of an agricultural civilized society to an industrialized civilized society, the unreasonable consumption pattern of high consumption and overconsumption has developed and caused serious environmental pollution and shortage of resources. The supply of land and freshwater resources is increasingly tense.
