目的探讨口腔颌面部外伤的临床特点及救治要点。方法回顾性分析89例口腔领面部损伤患者救治的临床资料。结果经过积极治疗,89例患者72 h内清创缝合,20例行切开复位坚固内固定,术后疗效满意。结论软组织损伤均可早期清创缝合,尽量保留外部组织,颌骨骨折后根据病情选择合适的手术方式,早期复位固定,这有利于手术后患者的功能恢复。 Objective To investigate the clinical features and salvage points of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods The clinical data of 89 cases of oral and maxillofacial injuries were retrospectively analyzed. Results After active treatment, 89 patients were debridement and sutured within 72 hours, and 20 patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation. The results were satisfactory. Conclusion Soft tissue injury can be early debridement and suture, as far as possible to retain the external tissue, jaw fracture according to the disease to choose the appropriate surgical approach, early reduction and fixation, which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
