本文通过试验对不同养护制度下不同配比的白泥—粉煤灰砌块的各项力学性能和耐久性进行了研究。最终确定白泥掺量为30%时砌块性能最佳,此时配合比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶砂∶白泥=10∶25∶35∶30;最佳的养护制度是蒸压180℃,养护10h,所制备出的砌块抗压强度可以达到24.2MPa,同时干缩与抗冻等耐久性性能都满足国标要求。对不同配方中白泥和砂子掺量的变化引起养护产物的变化,通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜及能谱等测试方法进行了物相分析,对比分析可知最佳配合比时生成较多具有较高硅聚合度、结晶较好且强度较高的托勃莫来石(C5S6H5)。
In this paper, various mechanical properties and durability of lime-fly ash blocks with different ratios under different curing systems were studied. Finally, when the content of white mud is 30%, the block performance is the best, and the mixture ratio is cement: fly ash: sand: lime mud = 10:25:35:30; the best curing system is autoclave 180 ℃ , Conservation 10h, the prepared block compressive strength can reach 24.2MPa, at the same time shrinkage and anti-freeze and other durability properties meet the national standard requirements. The changes of the white mud and sand content in different formulations caused the changes of the cured products. The phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. Comparing the analysis results, High silicon polymerization degree, better crystallinity and higher intensity of the boehmite (C5S6H5).
