本文通过试验对不同养护制度下不同配比的白泥—粉煤灰砌块的各项力学性能和耐久性进行了研究。最终确定白泥掺量为30%时砌块性能最佳,此时配合比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶砂∶白泥=10∶25∶35∶30;最佳的养护制度是蒸压180℃,养护10h,所制备出的砌块抗压强度可以达到24.2MPa,同时干缩与抗冻等耐久性性能都满足国标要求。对不同配方中白泥和砂子掺量的变化引起养护产物的变化,通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜及能谱等测试方法进行了物相分析,对比分析可知最佳配合比时生成较多具有较高硅聚合度、结晶较好且强度较高的托勃莫来石(C5S6H5)。 In this paper, various mechanical properties and durability of lime-fly ash blocks with different ratios under different curing systems were studied.
